This device is in good cosmetic condition overall, with minimal wear on the top, bottom, and all four sides. The ports are clean and in good condition. The screen is in good condition with minor wear and scuffs, and the keyboard shows minor wear and signs of use. Unfortunately windows gives an error when attempting to factory reset the computer, there is a local account set up with administrator privileges on the computer and the Pin # to get into the main account is also available upon request.

Functionality condition:

The display is fully functional with no damage or issues. The device connects to WiFi networks successfully, and audio was tested by playing a video. Both WiFi and audio work properly, and the keyboard has been tested with all keys functioning as they should.
